Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
All orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days, allowing time for follow-up requests such as address changes, item changes, recipient changes, or cancellations. Once fulfilled, a shipping notification with the tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email. The shipping and delivery timeframe will commence only after the order is fulfilled.
Standard delivery is 6 – 10 business days in the US, and International orders may take up to 3 weeks (depending on your location).
We are closed on weekends and major US holidays, so please allow additional time for processing if your order is placed during these times.
Carriers
We use USPS and FedEx as our main carriers, and only USPS for International orders. When shipping to an APO address, please ensure you select USPS as the shipping method. The tracking number will be included in the shipping notification sent to your registered email once the order is fulfilled.
Please Note:
International orders may also incur additional customs and duties charges, which are imposed by your respective country, and not from Wondery Outdoors.
Late Deliveries
While we do our best to ship all orders within our usual delivery timeframe, there may be rare occasions when shipping takes a little longer — usually an extra 3–4 days. This can sometimes happen during busy seasons, weekends, or public holidays when order volume is high.
There may also be times when delays occur due to our shipping partners or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Delivered Items
Wondery Outdoors is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was provided. Once the order is shipped and delivered to an incorrect address, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not replace the item.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order is unfulfilled, we can assist you in updating your address.
Returned to Sender
For domestic orders, if your package is returned to our fulfillment center for any of the following reasons, we’re happy to offer a one-time free reshipment:
1. Undeliverable address
2. Insufficient or incorrect address
3. Failure to pick up at the local Post Office within the given timeframe
If you prefer to cancel your order instead, we can process a refund to your original payment method (shipping fee not included).
For international orders with address-related issues, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier as soon as possible to arrange delivery. If your package is returned to our fulfillment center, we unfortunately won’t be able to reship it, but we’ll issue a refund of 80% of your purchase total (excluding shipping).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is safe and secure for deliveries. If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but it was lost or stolen afterward, we’ll consider it as successfully delivered.
If this happens, you can still file a missing package claim with the carrier. Once you’ve submitted the claim, reach out to our customer service team with your claim ID number, and we’ll be happy to help you with the next steps for a replacement.

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please keep the original packaging and contact our customer service team within 7 business days of delivery. Don’t forget to include a photo of the package and items received so we can assist you quickly:
