I got this as a gift and it was well loved! I have been using my bottle for years and I expect this new one to last just as long. The bottle is a bit heavy when full of water, but that’s to be expected of a 32oz steel bottle

I contacted the company to request replacements for the national park stickers that have worn off. The customer service representative was phenomenal. I got emails back even at night and weekends as we worked thru the process. At a time when you can barely get a company to respond to you this type of customer service had me pleasantly surprised.
I love my National Parks Nalgene. The color is gorgeous and I love all the stickers that remind me of my favorite trips! I'm so glad that I don't have to go hunting for the lid since it's attached too!
